Our niece-Sarah is in town visiting her family, I haven't seen her in years and she has changed so much. I've posted some of the pics we've taken, I will be adding more as I take them and get them posted.

OBX Part 1

We have just returned from our Outer Banks Vacation. How was it? If you hate Myrtle and Daytona Beach like us, you will love Hatteras and the rest of OBX. We was glad to get back home but within hours we started to miss OBX. We will be back soon.

Some cool things do while in the OBX?

-The Hatteras Lighthouse



- Ride the ferry to Ocracoke Island



- Visit Jockey Ridge State Park in Kill Devil Hills.



But mostly being lazy on the beach with no one bugging you is the greatest thing about the OBX. Plus the surfing is some of the best on the east coast. We must confess NC is a great state. On one side you have the Blue Ridge Parkway and all it provides. On the other side you have the Outer Banks. It is perfect.
